China already has the gymnastics community that is able to train the ability of the finger muscles to become stronger and more agile. By using the tools of two iron balls, you can train the fingers though not holding a guitar. This exercise will be very effective to keep trained fingers playing guitar in the middle of the various activities.

This exercise helps the finger practice to develop agility, coordination, and speed. There are many ways to use it, one of them as I show in the video below. The impact of this exercise will not only be felt by the finger while playing the guitar, but also while doing other work with your finger typing on a computer keyboard
